Fantastic customer service and awesome products. Bought their washer, dryer, hob and hood for my new home, with a good sales person at Sungei Gadut Gain City. Came with cooking class at Incubaker for my package, really enjoyed myself there too!

Brought your induction cooker. Broughtbon 1St April, today 14April induction down. Really worst brand that I brought. Even cheaper brand is lasting than Brandt big brand. Ibneed to cook every-day. Now cooking half way spoilt. They say can only come sat. All my cooking is for prayer. Thanks to Brandt. I will never get your product again.

Bot a washer from the authorised dealer on 5th may but received a faulty washer on 7th may. Wrote down clearly on their delivery order to reschedule new washer to deliver on 11th may between 12pm -3pm. And here I’m waiting like a fool from 12-3pm and only realised the timing changed to 3-7pm!!!! Nobody bother to contact me on the change of timing and check on my availability after 3pm!!! Mgt from Brandt u guys really expect client to be home 24/7 for ur arrival????!!! Mgt from Brandt, u should seriously improve ur after sale service standard if u want to retain current or attract new customers. No doubt Brandt is good brand but ur after sale service standard is the worst that I have ever encountered. Don jus reply that u took note.. pls do something to level up ur service. I’m definitely not the only one or the last one that complained on the after sale service standard. And it’s almost 8pm now, here I’m still waiting for the arrival of the washing machine!!!! Gosh… my leave is wasted thanks to Brandt and it’s crews. This is definitely my last purchase on Brandt product

I purchased an induction hob, an oven & a hood from Brandt in 2015. The hob model TI607BU1 was used daily but only for boiling water or light cooking. After 6.5 years, it suddenly stopped working and caused an electricity trip to the entire house whenever I turned it on. As it is no longer under warranty, I wrote to Brandt to enquire if it can be repair and I was willing to pay for the repair. Instead of addressing my query, the officer merely replied that the model is discontinued. Full stop. Neither did the he/she recommends a replacement model upon further query. The communication made me feel that premium branding does not live up to its name. The product fails to last and the brand fails to seize the sales opportunity. Such a shame.

We really appreciate Dennis coming to our home to help my wife with the functions of our Brandt oven, hob and hood today. He's He's punctual and very experienced and helped my wife with all the various ways to cook or bake. He even helped us to line the hob which my installer missed out. Very good quality and service. Thumbs up to Dennus!

Somehow you can't post unless you rate but there are definitely no stars here .Brandt has the worst after sales . We purchased a hob in Aug 2019 and installation was arranged for us. The inlet on our island was slightly smaller but we were assured that it would be properly sealed and secured and safe . Few weeks down the road , the accessories rusted and after much debate , the parts were replaced which did not do much help because they quickly rusted again . On Aug 12 , slightly before our warranty expired , the below of the hob had rusted causing the inner corners of the hob on our island to have rust residue and our drawers below the hob to be damaged . We got an appointment on the 1st Sep. He asked who did the installation and told us to our horror that the hob was unsafely installed and due to a heavy pot , the glass could have caved . Calls after that made to them were answered by a let me check and get back to you but we did not get any responses from them until we called back repeated times to be told its a charge of 200 plus to repair . We called Millenia walk to speak with the sales rep who we purchased it from and only to get a what do you expect me to do ?? Our reply to him was do you not represent the brand ?? Upon a heated discussion , he assisted to get a mgr from brandt to call us . Its been almost a month and the issue is not yet resolved. Such is the culture of the team of lazy people who do not take responsibility for anything . We used a Cuizino hob for 11 years and no issues whatsoever with our hob . Shame on them ! This is customer service at its lowest .

We bought a De Dietrich microwave cum oven and hob. The after sales service is very professional and commendable! Would like to thank Dennis for coming to our place and demonstrating in detail how to use the new appliances. He even helped to check our existing hood and showed us how to replace the charcoal filters. We’re really lucky to have met Dennis. Thank you for all your help!

Bought a Brandt stove top, hood and oven. There were some concerns about installation so we asked for help from Brandt customer service to have them checked out. We had two gentleman come and inspect our appliances. Dennis from Brandt was the best. He was supposed to do some technical checks as well as a live demo. However, as I was unable to attend due to work- he kindly filmed a few videos and sent them to me. These were not generic videos but actual videos filmed with my very own unit! I am very grateful and happy! A-star for effort :). Thanks so much Dennis.
