Ordered laptop on 04/09 with full payment, its been 6 days but order is not even processed yet for delivery. No tracking number. No response from emailing customer service after 48 hrs

Challenger seems to be on the verge of losing its customers and staff. Deliberately or not, it does not seem to put people at the center of its company. The marketplace and work shift app barely works and negative reviews on google store are treated with silence. Reviews here also only seem to meet deaf ears. Former staff reviews on glassdoor only gives it an average score for job satisfaction. Shareholders should be worried of challenger's collapsing culture and lack of excellence in their pursuits. Yet there is so much potential for a company that aims to delivers the technological necessities of today's life. As a go-to place for all tech needs, it has positioned itself as a key player in the industry in the past 30 years. It is in my opinion that internally there may be some hesitation within the company, among the management especially, to adopt new changes or an inability to effectively manage change and implement new practices.

Went to your PLQ store to send in laptop for repair. Fortunately met your helpful n attentive staff called TAN ZHEN YUAN who assisted me in resolving problems. Service rendered was unexpected. Other colleagues should emulate his exemplary handling of walkin customers.

Avoid arranging for home delivery with them! Despite of my concern raised to Challenger staff to shorten waiting time from 6 hours to less than 4 hours, I felt like an idiot waiting for home delivery since 12.00pm. The distance between JEM – Jurong East (MRT) to (Boon lay MRT) Jurong West is so near yet far away. To make a matter worse, I can’t even leave home for lunch too. Finally the delivery reached my home at 5.35pm. Truly unbelievable!

Don't bother making orders online, they don't do drop-offs, but the worst part is, delivery timing is at there mercy of the delivery team. If you are not around, kiss delivery goodbye and self collect it since they also don't do refunds or cancellation of order. It's also worthy to mention that their phone line is forever engaged, so don't even think about calling in to enquire.
