14 June 2022: A month ago, I posted the above. The reason why I cannot take down this post is because the gaps persisted. All my gaps are not closed despite regular communication with their representatives on a regular basis. I have 8 pending items with no concrete actions taken. Since 3 Mar, I have been giving my feedback to staff at all levels and none could address my concerns as of today yet.
May 2022: If you enjoy chasing after your interest and even principal upon maturity, you can consider putting your hard earned money here. Im taking time to give a review here so that those who would want to invest with Brdge to think twice and thrice. If all is gd with all my feedback given in time to come, I promise I will take down this post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of delay and default. Although it is at investor risks, I expect better action from Brdge to manage post default.
I am not sure what is the protocol but I have one payment supposed to be received Aug 2021. I have no idea what is Brdge doing to manage the default and money is stucked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service that I’ve ever received. Loans were renewed and extended although customers chose to opt out. No response at all when I want to check the loan status after 6 months not hearing from them and receiving any interest. The customer service email said they will response after 3-5 days but in fact no reply at all after more than 2 months.
If you’re considering to use BRGDE, please think again and stay away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brdge now very terrible got 6 investment got 5 delay in payment. Some already 2 mth no one ever call or send me email. Just the previous email saying they are working on it. The borrower is very responsive. I am really regret invest on Brdge also got my brother into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost all their borrowers default. I have over 7 different investments wth different borrowers and barring 1-2 almost all other are defaulting on their principal payments. And the Brdge team just bends over backwards to appease these borrowers and restructures the loans as per their whims and fancies leaving us investors high and dry. They never make any change to their own commissions, that keeps getting deducted promptly even though the borrower is defaulting. Stay away from investing on this platform if you dont want to lose money ! It is a pity that so many similar reviews are there on google review but on their platform they just show few fake good reviews and gather more people in their net of deceit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be good and they pay quite well returns until recently when the borrowers, even new ones started to delay payment. Is there something wrong with the rigorous screening process? Their chatbot is down and they take very long to respond to your emails, FB posts, and Whatsapp messages. Why is there a sudden spike in delayed payments?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have invested 6 loans with them. 5 of them with delayed interest payment and risk of principal amount being defaulted. Seems to me that they are protecting the borrower interest instead of the lender/investor. No accountability at all. It seems like any company can used their platform to borrow money and not pay back. Good for company who want funding without having to pay back.
