S	Stella Test on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Steelcase Series 2, Colour - Airback New Black Jack. 1) The lumbar support is not adjustable but the support is still good. 2) The wheels are really smooth. 3) The downside is the chair fabric is very rough, it is like sitting on sand paper especially if you wear a shorts.

It doesn’t take up much space and the storage corner is another plus point. Bought this because my office is also using their furniture. Love it. Loving their chair too. It has features that enable long hours of comfort sitting. Especially while working from home, using computer all day long.

Wasn't aware that I had to make an appointment, but headed down anyways as it was just a short walk from my place. They were already closed, but happened that Markus (not from sales) was still around. He let us in and was super friendly when he showed us the different options and explained every single detail. Placed an order online shortly after, and it was completed in like 5 minutes. Chair arrived in perfect shape exactly 10 business days later, just as described in the confirmation email. Perhaps I may have been relatively luckier than some of the others who've had bad experience, but I had a bit of a chat subsequently with Markus, and it was evident that these guys here are not focusing on the retail segment. They serve mostly corporate clients, so, sure granted their products are expensive, but it's unlikely that you'll get the type of customer service like if you go into an Hermes store. On a side note, the Gesture was great. Personally, I like it way better than the Herman Millers.

Its spacious to hold couple of my laptops and a monitor. The surface is easier to clean, and I don't need to worry about occasional coffee mug stains. Definitely great value for money.

Nevertheless, due to the lack of visitors, the staff there allowed us in and personally guided us through their range of chairs. They were highly professional and friendly. One of them, Rita, passed me her business card and invited me to directly contact her for questions. The place itself is a direct showcase of what an office would look like if it was entirely decked out by Steelcase product. The minimalistic and modern look is clean and elegant. If you're interested in Steelcase products, definitely check them out here for yourself. Remember to book an appointment first.

It also feels very solid and feels comfortable even after sitting on it for long long periods of time. The adjustment options are just right too, and I spent a bit of time making adjustment to suit me. The cushion does get a bit warm after some time, but given Singapore weather and that I do not have air con at home, I was sort of expecting it. I am thinking of buying another one for my daughter.

I bought a Steelcase Series 2 and I am thoroughly enjoying it. The chair is really comfortable and it suits my needs perfectly. The emails regarding purchase confirmation and delivery were very clear even when there was a slight delay on delivery due to peak period. They have not only delivered a quality product, but customer service as well. The overall experience with Steelcase was absolutely pleasant, I would 100% recommend if the products are within your budget.
