Bread is ok. Old lady at the cashier will scold you for using favepay. Then what’s the point of offering favepay!

Just bought some buns. Young lady at cashier clearly has no service etiquette. An elderly lady who used to be there at least says the basic "Thank you". Not going back. Whampoa outlet.

Very inconsiderate of this shop setting a table with 3 staffs standing around it to pack cny goodies when the width of the pathway outside the short is already very small. Either you find space inside the shop to pack or you set up the table outside of the pathway. Also very selfish with spread on waffle .. So little

Bread and confectionery all made fresh. Good selection. They seem to always have offers. If you're paying by favepay then be warned, they will tell you the items are already discounted so will not be able to attract any rebates.

Delicious soft bread at discounted price.. 3 for $3.50 super worth it if u choose bread that cost $1.50-$1.60.. i particularly love the roll with mayo egg and floss inside for $1.60. And the banana walnut red bean bread is also delicious!

One of better confectionery around Toa Payoh North area. Their Pandan chiffon cake, mini doughnut, coconut bun are must try items from this shop. Still have plenty of other breads, cake, Chinese pastry as well. Best part is they accept Paylah!

I had only good experiences at this bakery. Read through some of the previous reviews and I fortunately did not encounter any rude or poor service. Quite the contrary, they were very friendly and helpful…perhaps my cheery disposition helped a bit. Onward with the product. I was particularly impressed with their egg roll with cheese and floss, and it has been one of my favourites. Made fresh it’s only available in the morning. But what’s icing on the cake (pun intended) is each cost $1.30 and $3.50 if you buy 3! The char siew polo buns are my other favourite.

bad service. went there to buy milk tea and the staff was quite unreasonable. asked her for two milk teas, she then proceeded to ask me how many pearls i wanted ? like how am i supposed to know? so i responded with “huh?” and she let out a sigh that indicated she was fed up. then responded with “how many pearls you want??? 10 or 11???” so i was confused and just chose a random option that she gave, i chose 10. she let out another huge sigh and looked super fed up at this point. looked away and rolled her eyes, then changed the subject from how many pearls i wanted to cups? i already said at the start “2 milk teas” and she asked me “you want TEN cups ah?” she literally was asking me how many pearls i wanted and it suddenly went to CUPS? so i just said “huh? no? two milk teas..” and then she proceeded with the order seeming very fed up. when she called for me to collect my order, she didn’t even put the cups into the plastic bags for me, she literally just got 2 clear plastic bags and put it on the table. unlike other milk tea stores, they would put the milk tea into the plastic bag for us right? not this store. she just put the plastic bag there and the two milk teas beside it. when i asked her “the plastic bag is for me right?” she gave me a sort of death stare, not sure what she was trying to do. but she nodded her head in a angry way after that. super bad service. don’t recommend you buying here at all.
