★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is high compared to walking distance bakery near by (carnival bakery just less than 5 mins walk). Very rude staff with poor attitude. A chinese women with short hair. She has no regards for her customers.

Asked us to read the sign when we tried to clarify something, clearly shows an attitude issue as nobody would be clarifying if the signs were clear on which items the pricing covered. Highly humiliating experience. Seems like they also have a lot of left over bread daily which seems to show something.
I took a bite of the bread. It was harder than the issues you’ll face in life. Life is hard enough, don’t eat bread that makes your life harder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady manning shop was ignoring all my calls to order waffle n made ne wait until she completed her dough prep... waffle timer rang off and she again refused to stop what she was doing and made me wait again... finally the last straw broke when she with her nonsense attitude passed me HOT waffle without even putting inside plastic bag like I owed her few million... No wonder such lousy reviews and hardly any Biz at such good location near MRT... Should ask her Go back China and replace with a service oriented staff

I really demand an explanation from the management for making me so angry when as a customer I'm buying from your outlet.... I bought cakes and so forth for 18 dollars. This staff od yours is using abusive language on me!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude auntie staff, I am choosing my bread, and the auntie keep looking at me and say all the same la, no need to choose. This is the standard?? rude auntie, and I will never visit again this bakery! This shop should close in service line. Rude and damage the image of Singapore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly one of the best waffles in SG. Chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside, generous chocolate filling. There were a few others in line for the waffles on a Friday evening so it seems quite popular. There are unique flavours worth checking out too like cream cheese, highly recommend
