Would give a zero stars if I could. This review is going to be long, but if you want it short and sweet the bottom line is: if you care about your items learn from my horrible experience and DO NOT BRING THEM TO BE WASHED HERE. After a few good experiences having clothes cleaned (Jay at the front desk is a very personable and sincere guy) I was trustful enough to bring my daughter's handmade doll for a gentle wash. Since that doll was a very special present from her late great-grandmother and my daughter was so attached to it I was hesitant, but Jay eased my concerns and resassured me the doll would be treated with outermost care and returned promptly. I prepaid $60 for the service. In my opinion, expensive, but worth to pay for the peace of mind to have professionals handling such aspecial item. The doll wasn't ready on time and when I finally received it I cried. It looks like it was thrown in the heavy cycle of the washing machine: the cotton outer layer is discolored and pilling, the wool filling horribly deformed, the natural human hair is a matted, knotted mass impossible to ever be combed out. Kindly refer to the attached pictures as well as pictures of the doll right before the incident. I didn't let my daughter see it. That doll went everywhere with her, and not seeing her best mate again broke her little heart (and mine). I contacted the artisan who made it and she said she can't repair it and the doll is a total loss. The estimated cost to replace the handmade doll is €230, that is over S$350 plus shipping from Europe. I lodged a complaint and sent pictures to Mr Jeff right away. They didn't even have the decency to offer a refund on the cleaning charge and instead I was told they would contact me back with a solution, this was way over 5 months ago. I'm in the process to file a complaint with the Consumer's Association, but the doll is gone.

Returned from my trip and had to send 5 pieces of winter clothing for dry cleaning. Searched around and found this place. Price was worth it and I was also able to use vouchers for further discounts. Previously, in another dry cleaning shop, i had to pay close to $120 just for 2 pieces of winter clothing. But in this shop, for 5 pieces, I only paid $80. Sent for dry cleaning on Monday and it was ready for collection on Friday. Everything was a breeze. The winter clothing smells good too!

We brought our curtains here for a wash. However, the curtains hooks were missing upon collection. When I lugged the heavy curtains back to the shop to enquire about the lost hooks, the front desk man was rude to us, and irritably and condescendingly said it was our responsibility to remove the hooks in the first place. Although the management eventually compensated the lost hooks, it was a hassled and overall unpleasant experience compared to other laundries we previously visited, who would remove and re-attach the hooks for us upon cleaning.
