You can expect consistency of the items at all bread talk outlets. So this outlet is of no difference. The shop is spacious and bright and does not feel too cluttered. It is pleasant to shop there and buy your bread. The queue line goes out of the shop so you do not have to keep squeezing with people when choosing your bread.

Good. Lots of seats. Can be crowded. Clean place. Lots of food and coffee. Also there are lots of varieties of bread and confectionary.

I bought a Kimcheese bread voucher from Shopee and wanted to redeem it on 2 Aug 457pm, but saw a big fly going from bread to bread in the showcase cabinet and informed the staff about it. I left afterwards, believing that the staff will discard the breads in the affected cabinet. Over the next few days, I visited BreadTalk but couldn’t find Kimcheese. As my voucher is close to expiring, I asked the staff and was advised to choose another bread of $3 or less (Kimcheese is $3). I picked $2.80 Kaya buns but was told I can only choose individual buns. I picked a $1.30 and $1.70 buns and were told I can only take ONE because it’s MANAGEMENT ORDER. Only after debating and showing me ATTITUDE for 10 minutes that the staff finally gave me the 2 buns. Totally inflexible and poor service. Now I wonder if the staff did discard those breads in the cabinet where the fly was found, seeing how unwilling they are to let me replace a $3 bread with 2 cheaper breads when they have no stock of the original bread that I wanted.

This place needs a bit more smiles. Quite robotic dishing out stuff. Only come here when I am in a rush. Otherwise, give it a miss as there is never enough seating, and a long queue to get your order paid.

Good bread. Really gets crowded. The queue goes right back into the store so it can be messy with people going in and out of the store. Also, it’s connected with Toast Box which has quite a large crowd too.

Foods are nice. Please upgrade customers service by assisting your customer for better dining experience. Don't be so rude pls.

Bad experience redeeming the Epic Celebration bread promotion at Waterway Point outlet. I was asked by the cashier to stand aside to figure up by myself how to redeem voucher from the App. After serving 5 customers, I asked again, is it my turn? With a black face the cashier get her colleague that was not serving any customer from the beginning to complete the redemption. I used to be Bread Talk customer, but was disappointed that they will lower their service standards when come to redemption.
