β β β β β The βsmall baguetteβ, actually boules, are very nice! For $1.50, itβs very soft and fluffy on the inside and a nice crust thatβs not too hard. Bought it and used it for ham & cheese sandwich and cinnamon toasts and itβs perfect. I used to buy the sweet and salty bean paste bun here years back but they donβt have it anymore. That was really good. Otherwise, I personally like the red bean paste.
Normally I donβt talk much to the cashier lady. But I think the Bakers deserve the credit for making decent bread!
