I highly recommend Bridge Health & Fitness if you are looking for a skilled PT. I have been training with Khalis for close to 2 yrs and what started out as just wanting to get fit and lose a bit of weight has turned into an interest in health & strength training. Khalis is a perceptive and knowledgable trainer, he knows your limits better than you do (!!), but at the same time will drive you to follow through and do more than you thought possible. He assess’s your fitness and mobility needs and customises the workouts and diet to suit your goals and objectives. I value his instruction and attention to detail as my technique is constantly improving, and it helps me avoid injury when I am training on my own. You have got to be prepared to put the work in for a PT to be a success, but if you have an interest for fitness then this is the trainer for you.

If you ever thought that you are not cut out to exercise like I used to, think again. In our sessions, Khalis constantly pushes me to my limits and believes that I can do better. From his influence, I have done better in my fitness journey. Other than monitoring my progress, he is constantly tweaking the program to fit my routine/schedule to ensure I make the best out of my workouts. Lastly, if you’re a little put off by the thought of training outside with no air-con, you’re thinking too much… in our many sessions, Khalis has provided the best environment for training! You can expect life-changing sessions with Khalis!

Hands down the best personal trainer you can get! He’s professional, very knowledgeable and will help you on your journey towards health and fitness. I started out having zero knowledge about fitness and how to strength train. After training with Khalis, I have become more confident and am actually moving towards my goals. Achieving goals is never easy and can sometimes seem so unachievable. However, with his help, you will actually see progress and actually reach your goals. Furthermore, with his mobile PT, it makes it so much easier to work out. He comes to you instead of the other way round! I highly recommend Bridge. Try it out and you’ll see for yourself :)

5-stars professionalism under the watchful eyes of Coach Khalis. Always willing to share his knowledge and never fails to encourage one to push beyond their limits. Never a fan of strength training, now almost a convert. With his years of experience, you know that you are in good hands. Their newly minted group exercise is fun and engaging under Coach Syamiran, regardless if you are fit or a newbie, he will always cater the session according to your abilities.

Khalis always put his clients first and asks about our well-being before starting every session. He knows how far to push me and I feel good being able to push through in the exercises planned, even if I felt like dying halfway through ?. He also knows when you're really struggling and when you're faking it.? I am really happy that I've started seeing a drop in my weight and I feel stronger than I ever was. Of course, I still have a long way to go to achieve my optimal weight but I'm really happy that I engaged BRIDGE Health and Fitness to guide me through this journey.

Khalis always goes the extra mile to ensure his clients come first. Whether that is discovering the best spots to train (breezy, & under cover after the park got too hot!) or researching specific medical challenges and needs to be sure he is providing the best possible results, he’s on it. He can ALWAYS tell when you are reaching your limits (don’t bother faking!) and will help you push past them further than you ever though possible. My fitness and strength journey with Khal has been brilliant so far, and I can’t wait to see how far we can go.

I recently attended a Bridge Health & Fitness class and absolutely loved it! Our instructor Syam was lovely, had a fabulous energy, designed a fun yet challenging Abs/Butt/Thighs workout and was able to adapt the training intensity according to the wide range of fitness levels in the group. It's great to train outdoors with the kind of equipment usually reserved for gym workouts. Also, the community was so so welcoming! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Syam and Bridge regardless of your experience or fitness levels. I can't wait for my next class with the Kembangan Gang! ??
