Worker there is rude. Inprofessional, bad attitude and anyhow charge customer fee. Small space gym as well.

Clean and properly equipped. The membership is cheap and they do per entry too! Very affordable price. First 3hrs of parking is also free! Awesome!

Great Gym with a great old school vibe. Love it. Hopefully it expands soon so that they can accumulate the numbers because I'm starting to see more and more members signing up (which is great)

Excellent Gym located at the heart of the shopping area in Tampines Industrial. After work, I can pay a visit to the gym daily. Quiet and Near to my workplace... Thumbs Up for this new Gym !

A very cosy gym with necessary equipments. Not that crowded and one can really focus on training. If one is staying near Tampines or happen to be around the industrial area, do drop by. Per entry and gym membership is affordable.

Convenient Convenient whether you take public or have vehicles. Free parking for 1st 3 hours which is more than enough for a workout. Free shuttle buses from Tampines MRT too. Equipment Functional. May not have as many equipments as other public gyms. BUT is more than enough for you to workout with if you know what to use/do. HIIT Trainings Free HIIT classes for members conducted by the instructor. Small group size, fun and suitable for all. Non-members can also join in. People Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. Always around to offer advice and help. Gym users there are friendly too. Overall a very fun and non competitive environment. Cheaper Pricings are affordable considering the other established gyms rates. Offers multiple membership price plans to cater to your budget/needs. Even so, the walk-in fees are cheap as it is.

Convenient Came here a couple of time. Quite convenient for motorist. You can park your vehicle right outside the gym. Decent Equipment The equipment are pretty decent. Enough for your "push , pull and legs" day. Honestly, it has enough equipment to build you if you know how to use them. Pilate, Yoga, Circuit, Functional Training They have a stretching area at the mezzanine floor. If you want to go raw, just simply step out of the gym and do some circuit. Group Training A very good place for a group training. I have seen a couple of groups who did group trainings at the area. Friendly Staff and patrons are friendly. They usually dont bother much but just smile. There is not much of a competition face in the gym who is trying to "eat" you. Cheap Entry price is reasonable enough for what you going to get at the gym. I cant stand prices for gym nowadays. I thought Mcdonalds are expensive.

Amazing gym and friendly members, but Unproffesional, Rude, Short-Tempered staff with an Attitude Problem. I was Threathened by one of the co-owners of the gym that he would kick me out for simply racking the barbell at the rack too loud. This was not the first time it happened and I had heard and saw for myself that he was incredibly rude and unproffesional to other members as well. One of my friends was even accused of not being a member and was rude to him as well. There were also instances where he was incredibly rude to other members and made snide remarks to them. Mind you, before I joined the gym I expressed all my concerns about the gym and its rules to the Main Owner and was told that they are completely fine with making some noise in the gym and I made sure I abided by the given rules/regulations. However over time the Co-Owner became rude and unprofessional not just with me and but others as well. I have been an avid member and supporter of this gym since its opening and Im utterly shocked, disgusted, and dissapointed by the lack of decent customer service and respect by the co-owner of the gym. If you are planning to sign up it is definitely a good gym but be wary of the co-owner he is known for his short temperament and lack of customer service and decent respect.
