★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engage a undergrad tutor from Bright Tutor in Apr 2020. Tutor unwell on the 1st lesson, several times late, several times change date/time. All these can be understood as she is a undergrad. So no comment on that. My girl likes her too. What made me angry is that when she decided to leave, end Nov for her studies, there is no proper hang over or change of tutor. Not sure if this is norm! So I tried to communicate with Agency via Whatsapp (only number on the web) since the day the tutor quitted. No response. Send chaser still no response. Called few times. No one pick up the call and no one call back. Till today, more than 1 month has passed. I have no idea what is wrong within the Agency but I given up on them. Thought I got a good agency with good review. I so wrong.
