Pioneer Medical Centre - 651 Jurong West Street 61

Went there at 1:30pm. Was told to come back at 6:30pm. At 6:30pm, I waited for 30min but the doctor have not started seeing any patients. Doctors should not treat patients this way. This is not the first time experience with this clinic. Hope they can be more professional.

Very poor service. I went there for a pregnancy Beta HCG blood test yesterday and the results should be out today. The clinic assistant refused to tell me the results over the phone saying that it was not their company policy. I understood their position and requested when was the best time to call them. They told me to call after 3.30 pm that was when the doctor would be back. Well i told myself to be more patient and waited till after 3.30 to call again. Guess what! the doctor was not in the clinic yet and the assistant ask me to call after 4.30pm. Now i have lost my patience and told them off. I am already on the peak of anxiety and waiting for an hour is like a century passing by. Now its 4.45pm and when i called them the doctor still not in! The clinic assistant still refuse to tell what is the results and i have to call in again! Damn i am not going to this clinic anymore! The clinic assistant can tell me to ask the doctor why she was late, is that my duty??? where is the customer service! I am not even going to give them one star!

Went to the clinic at 8.20pm and was told that clinic already CLOSED for registration?? Might as well close the clinic at 9pm and not mislead other people by indicating operating hours till 10pm right. Worst is when asked, counter girl still dare to say there were many patients but I didnt see that. First and last experience definitely.

The doctor consultation was like 1 min. The consultation quality is usual. Fastest queue time I have is 20 minute per person. Fastest collection of medicine is 15 minute per person. Be prepared to spend at least 36 minutes in the clinic even when there is no queue.

It was the worse experience ever. Visited the clinic on the 9th of Apr. The clinic doesn't accept any appointment. As such, I have to be a "walk in". After one full hour of waiting, I was only half way there. Imagine standing outside the clinic for more than 1.5 or 2hrs to see the doctor. If I am paying the consultation fee out of my own pocket, there is no way I will visit this clinic. You can see the number of negative reviews here and the clinic obviously doesn't care.

Visited the clinic for more than 10 years, although waiting time is abit long but the doctor is professional. Dr Chong is very patient and friendly to the patients, really happy to know her. Whole family been seeing her for 10 over years. Keep it up Dr Chong.

The older staff is super rude to all the patients that come. Not sure why she pursued this job when she has 0 patience for anything that enters the clinic. Especially rude to foreign workers.

Was quite disappointed just now ..Just stepped into the clinic without noticing it was 2.49pm. The lady doctor looked at me with displeased asked me came to collect medicines or what? I replied to consult doctor and she started blasting me that all along the clinic closed at 2.30pm for rest hours. Yes I really forgotten but at least please be more considerate that we are sick patients! .You could just says that u need to come later as now we closed for rest hours.
