Seems there’s a revenge war going on.... it’s seems that many vengeful spirits are just writing reviews (actually there are no reviews but 1 star ratings with no explanations) at the request of a very bad employer cum vengeful spirit..... haha!! It’s is only right to write an honest review. Haha!!! I give u 5 stars in support of the agency as I really do not like adults acting like children. Brilliant Sky Huat la!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am happy with the agency's professionalism n extra efforts in getting a suitable helper for my family. I was pleasantly surprised that my Burmese helper could speak simple Mandarin. Apparently the agency had been teaching her some Chinese words so that she could understand some simple Chinese instructions. I highly recommend Joycelyn from the agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dishonest agency. Avoid at all cost. The EA started avoiding my call when there's issue with their helper. Their manager Jocelyn never ever dare to pick my call during needed period. And they transfered the underage helper (previously mine) to another family despite knowing she's underage. MOM has started investigating this matter. Hope they will be banned and revoked forever.

Anytime I have issues with The Maid she is there to help me. I have used other agencies but this is the best agent I found. OUR FIRST TIME WITH MYANMAR HELPER.
Jocelyn had been very helpful thru out due to language breakdown.
Now helper had been with us for 6mths. Very happy with her. Helper learning very fast.
My 2 sisters had been using Brilliant for the last 3 helpers for the last 4 years. Very reliable and honest women. Thumb up...Brilliant Sky!
