★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of agent called Deneen Chia. Extremely condescending attitude and refuses to answer any queries properly. After sending my details,immediately told me to come to tampines office in an hour's time when i specifically stated i stay in central area. Their ad shows pay as 7-9/hr. Beware,when i reached,was told they only had a 7/hr job. Horrible waste of my time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have this agent called Mr Brendan Low and Ms Shermaine. Both of them claimed that they have submitted my payslip, and I will get paid by today. Ended up, they missed the cutoff date and I have to wait for another 15 days. I don’t mean to be rude but this company is a complete disaster!

Should have receive my pay at 20/21th february. I asked her on the 20th feb and she said i will receive at 22/23th without checking with her seniors properly and until today on the 24th february she said that she missed my timesheet during submitting to payroll and i will only receive it during the next month. ‘They can’t do anything about it’ stupid excuse. Hate Recruit Express. Not going to come back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for a contract admin job which was posted online, was told by agent Tan Zhe Jun Jay to come to the office for an interview but after "interviewing" me, told me that there are no admin jobs available. Reason was the admin job that was available was snapped up in the morning (total nonsense excuse). Why would you waste the time and transport money of others? This is not the first time a recruit express agent has done this. They always offer jobs that are totally different from the one posted and make you waste your time coming down to the office.
