I place the order on 1/4 and suppose to deliver on 4/4 which is their earliest slot however my recipient didn't receive the fruit basket so I try to email them on 5/4 to check the status. After several emails there is no response from them and their website there's no number to contact them. So on 6/4 I found out theyre sub brand of humming flowers and noel gifts and finally I got an answer which is they missed out the order and if I didn't call them they'll never notice. Dissapointed with such service.
