I selected the delivery date: 14-26/Jan to delivery, after that i emailed to enquired when is the delivery date and was told that the delivery is 14-26/Jan. They dont seems to be bothered with finding out the delivery date. After which there was a change in delivery address. I tried to contact them by phone 6844 2222 over 2 days but nobody picked up. Tried to email them but no reply even up to now! Very poor service from this company. They seems to be very busy! My suggestion for everyone is that find other company who has got time to service you as there are a lot of other hamper companies in Singapore. Edited: June Koh has called me and the issue has been resolved! Thank you!!!
K	Kaylee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Do not recommend this hamper company. Ordered on 31 Dec 2021 for delivery between 17 to 19 Jan to my clients. But ended up, only fulfilled 2 orders and another 2 orders till now haven't deliver yet. It's already 20 Jan today. Didn't even tell me that they'll be sending the hampers late for a day! So irresponsible. WhatsApp their business number keep pushing me to their delivery team. Told them I need a reply by 12pm today for the 2 deliveries but till now it's alr 3.30pm but no one called me at all. Called their office number for going 6 times, I still don't get anyone answering my calls. Worst company ever. Make me look so bad towards my clients!!
J	Jeremy Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with the service from Humming. I have made an order of 3 hampers but the issue is with the credit department. I have made payment and proof of payment was shown and sent to their whats app team I even called in to check if they have gotten it and they told me it will take a few days to update the system and I had all has been settled. Yesterday I received a call from them saying that there is an error on their end and I need to make the payment again. I sent them the proof of payment from PayPal and also transactional details from PayPal and also conversational details from whats app. Now fingers cross they settle this billing issue internally and not asked me to pay again. Horrible experience and will not recommend not use their services again. I change to another vendor for the rest of the hampers and flowers.
B	Beth San on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hummings is my go to supplier for most corporate/ personal hampers and bouquets etc. They have a nice range of gifts with pleasant designs, good service and great value for money. This time I sent a very lovely Birthday Bouquet & Gift to a colleague and she loved it!

Had to order last minute for the next day delivery for a birthday girl. Glad the customer service staff Hui Xin responded fast even though she was on leave on Sat. She managed to get it delivered on time before 2pm. Glad there is an option for express delivery.

Staffs are friendly, helpful, able to advise us the products and deliver the products on time. She asked me to help placed an urgent order to deliver the gift to her by today. As we do not have the faintest idea what to send then Jane was able to quickly recommended what they have according to budget. The gift of both chocolates and flowers were so lovely that the receiver was so thrill upon receiving them. Thank you Jane and team. You are all so capable of bringing joy to others. We will definitely think of Humming on all occasions. Thumbs Up.
