The service rendered by the staffs (especially Frankie) are excellent, they demonstrated their knowledge in the cars, and showed good care for the P-platers, also had a variety of cars for selection and no doubts that the price are relatively cheaper. In addition, the cars are very new and maintained in good conditions (I rented my Dream Car Hyundai Avante 2019). Will definitely visit there again and recommend to my friends as well.

Initially, I had qualms about having trouble because of some reviews here being criticisms or warnings. However, as long as you take sufficient photos when collecting to protect yourself and drive normally, the whole rental process is smooth and fuss-free. One star off because the collection process could be improved in terms of timeliness. Car should be ready for collection at stated time or we could be informed earlier if car might not be available.

Clear and meticulous explanation of scenario was also explained if any mishaps happened. Returning car was smooth too, initially, small scratches were found but the people in charge of taking over decided to polish and no compensation need to be given. What can I say? Good service, new 2019 honda jazz car and cheap rental price. I definitely recommend ??

I rented a Mazda 3 from 24/5 - 28/5, the price was reasonable and the car was in very good condition. Returning the car was also very easy. While they noted some scratches, he was reasonable with compensation as well. Its hard to find good rental companies. I think DreamCar will be the only company I go to for car rentals.

Processing was quick and important notes explained clearly by staff. Collection of car was fast too and staff walkthrough with you any damages. Condition of car was excellent for a rental. Returning was hassle free as there was no new damages. Plus point, they wash every car that is being returned.
