Overall great experience from renting a Hyundai Avante for 2 days from them. Car collected is clean and well maintained. Being a p plate driver, I was explained the terms properly by the admin staff. Car had no issues when driving and the drive was smooth and comfortable. Thanks. Will rent again.

Really horrible. Think twice (or thrice) before renting from this place. They will allegedly cause damages to the car overnight and then throw a huge overinflated bill on you. Then, rather conveniently, they don’t have a 24-hr dashcam. Don’t believe me? Check out other reviews, and reviews on other platforms, and how they allegedly have tracking devices in their vehicles. Was a victim before. Caveat emptor.

I recently passed my license a week ago and was looking around for a car rental company as a p plate driver. I came across dream car rental. The service they provided was fantastic! It was quick and easy as p plate driver like me to get the car and drive off. Not only that, the car was very well maintained and 0 to no issues. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to drive a car as a p plate or just to rent!

I’ve been renting cars from Dream Car Leasing / Frankie for a year since i passed my driving license! P-plate friendly, highly responsive & reliable with reasonable prices. Frankie and team are always helpful if there are any issues faced with the car.

When I first read the reviews, I was a bit uncertain about the company’s ethics. Turns out I had a very pleasant experience. They welcomed a P-plate such as myself. I rented a Mazda 3 from 24/5 - 28/5, the price was reasonable and the car was in very good condition. Returning the car was also very easy. While they noted some scratches, he was reasonable with compensation as well. The company is nothing like what other reviewers ahead mentioned. Its hard to find good rental companies. I think DreamCar will be the only company I go to for car rentals.

Want to give the whole team a shout out. Firstly Frankie who liaised with me, was prompt with communication and accomodating when i realised my passport had expired and needed to delay the trip. He held on to my deposit and waited for 2 mths. Angie (hope I got her name right) did me a big favour. I informed her a few days before the trip that I needed to postpone it by a day due to work which she helped arranged. She did say by right deposit cannot be refunded due to last min changes but she still arranged for me. The friendly young girl who processed my docs. Lastly the technicians who heard the noisy sounds from the bonnet and made sure it was screwed tight/cable tie-up to resolve the problem before i drove off. The car is well maintained and VERY CLEAN inside out. (WARNING: lookout for a dodgy car rental called K10 rental with curt unfriendly communications and dodgy operating process. They claimed to be very cheap but end up same price as Dream car for a day trip into jb. They also don't return your deposit immediately after u return the car. They will do bank trsf instead which is 1 day later. Car is in terrible condition with rubbish left under seat etc). On the other hand, Dream car just let me top up the difference for the car after minusing the deposit during collection. No extra $$ was taken. Both collection and returning was a breeze. Definitely coming back to them again. They are honest plus treat client with respect & trust too ??

Great experience, both with renting and returning the vehicle. I had a minor accident, and Frankie immediately came over to help assess the damage as well as what I needed to do. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially to a new driver who haven't driven before. Will definitely rent from them again.
