β β β β β Worse service ever. Had to take lots of reminders to get them to return maid documents to me. Unprofessional. Not worth the money. Rude staff, making empty promises like will call me back but not keeping to their word of returning my call, simply using it as an excuse to get me off the phone. Avoid at all cost. Documents still not settled after 2 months. I'm waiting to see whether the staff will call me back on Monday as promised.
Maid agent called me back on Monday. But they revealed themselves to be liars. One week ago, they told me a certain document was required, but today they changed their tune. I was told another document was not ready, but after doing a quick direct check myself, found out that it is actually ready. Sad state of affairs.

Very efficient and professional in maid handling. They ensured that the process of getting a maid was simple, quick and fast. Told them my requirements of the house and very quickly they found a suitable maid that met the needs of my house. They train their maids very well, so far i have no complains or any issues with the maid. Highly recommended.
