★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order through the phone otherwise.. expect long queues as their lack of ground crew to retrieve items from their warehouse is really affecting their store operations.
Expect dangerous forklift drivers there as well. Although safety posters are all over their premises.

Find my self, carry my self. Waiting 30 min to get item from storage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go there whenever I need to get any hardware or building materials. Cheaper than all other hardware shops in shopping centres. Open on weekends which is a plus for me. Friendly and good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was unhelpful. When I called to ask about their location, they sounded impatient and grumpy on the phone.
Finally when we reached the place, the items and shelves didn’t have any pricing on them so we had to bring to the counter to ask about each item.
They didn’t seem too keen to help us find products that we couldn’t find, and wouldn’t move to help—since they were seated behind a strange shaped glass window (which also hinders communication, by the way).
The only ones who seemed happy to help were the Indian workers :)
