Worst rental company. Rent at your own risk. The car monthly Servicing process is terrible and it take at least 3 hour to service the car damn waste of time. Don’t trust what they say after you sign up with them you will regret it. Damn it I regret it but i am tie to it’s contract agreement if can i will end it immediately if i have a choice. Customer service bad. This is my Worst rental company experience. GOOD LUCK !!!!

Front desk customer service polite, and helpful. Staff are friendly. Not enough places to park vehicle, No markings for vistor lots.

Being towed back the evening B4. Next day 3+ called to check status. Say will get someone to call me, now 1830 nobody cares! Nowadays their overall services sucks!

My shuttle 1 year contract end on 26th June 2022 a Sunday.. 1 month b4 contract end, the sales manager whatapps me if I’m interested to extend the contract.. I told him that I am Interested to re contract for a vezel hybrid.. he respond very fast via whatapps .. tell me to rtn the shuttle on 27 June 2022 Monday 2pm and exchange for a 2017 vezel as Sunday they r close.. I come in 27 June 2pm.. need to pay 1 day rental for the return shuttle.. I feel cheated but I still pay on the spot and re contract for the vezel.. whole process took about 2-3hr.. the nightmare started.. after took the vezel .. the next day LCR msg me the vezel need to go yearly inspection .why u LCR cannot send the car for inspection b4 u hand over the car to me!?.on the 3rd day vezel engine light appear .. I went bk to LCR to check the car .. waited 3hr n told me is catalyst problem.. told me if the engine light come out again but the car still can drive ..there is no issue.. 4th day I went for inspection.. the inspection passed.. on the 7th day.. car gear box got problem and I managed to drive very slowly to LCR .on the way the car nearly die off...I waited another 3hr at lcr ..lcr told me the car is in major problem.. they will give me another permanent replacement vezel.. this permanent replacement vezel’s engine light also come out on the 3rd day.. I msg the sales manager.. no reply from him till now.. now I’m sitting in LCR workshop typing this long msg.. FML.. I dunno what will happen again in this 1 long year ahead.. I got no more confidence in LCR anymore.. hopefully this car break down nightmare won’t appear every now and then. After this 1 year I will change to other rental company .. LCR car all are 2017 year registered.. those who r reading this.. pls don’t save that few dollars cheaper and Rent old car from LCR ..there will be many problems along the way.. u will be wasting alot of your time to repair the car and lost of income.

Met with an accident. LCR contracted Flash Accident Reporting Services to do a mobile accident reporting at the scene. My car was towed to LCR. Next morning, I called customer services, asking advice on my next course and a replacement car. A Malaysian indian lady answered. She was clueless but told me to come down to Jln Besut, to make another accident report. Could not direct me to accident reporting people as they don’t have a direct number. Came down but was instead directed to another flash accident reporting contractor. He directed me to the accident reporting counter and claimed that someone will call me. Waited 1 hour but no one called me. Went to customer service and she told me she doesn’t know what I was waiting for. Instead directed me to sales to talk about my renewal and replacement car Sales guys did not call me and I had to approach them after waiting. Sales guys say it’s too early for renewal and said they don’t do replacement car. Once again was directed to accident reporting counter. Accident reporting counter had no clue I was waiting for them. Sales guy followed up and I was directed to 2 different counters within the accident reporting centre. Best part place is empty. Thanks for merry go round guys.

Services is getting worst. Normal routine servicing taking from 2-3hrs to half a day waiting time. PH driver do take note when u return car. The actual return date & time on your contract, especially if it is a Mon, cause u can't return on Sun. When u go online to choose the return date, don't choose the actual date stated in contact, cause u can't choose the return time. LCR will sms u on the return time and the time they give u is way passed the time stated on the contract and they will charge and deduct that 1 day rental from your deposit without telling u!! So be careful!!

Rented a Kia Cerato here for 5 weeks. Attended to by Owen from Toa Payoh branch. Owen was very detailed with explanation of procedures and everything. Car mileage was 230,000km but surprisingly the condition and driveability was like new. Interior was like new as well. Everyone that took the car ask me if the car was new. One issue was with the auto window that wasnt working too well. Thats about it. Owen was also very responsive in messages. My tyre was punctured halfway through the rental during first day of CNY. It was night time during public holiday but the whole team responded to my text and calls. Tow truck arrived within half an hour and help pump and patch tyre and was on my way. Returning the car was very smooth too. Greeted by staff at Jalan Besut as soon as I opened the door. Read some bad reviews but my experience was as above. Overall better than expected. Doesnt match the bad reviews at all.

The honda vezel hybrid i rented from them was giving a lot of problems in just a month of renting it. Firstly, the roof was leaking whenever there is a downpour. After that, the car was sent in because of gearbox problem, and it happened yet again after 3 days of use. Now it requires towing service. The cars they offer now are mostly 2016 cars. While I do not expect tip top condition but if the car is constantly being sent in for service/repair, then it is really a hassle. The service centre is also not in a very convenient location. Nearest bus stop is a 15 mins walk. Update: After 2 days, there is nobody contacting me to update on the status of the car. I called their hotline multiple times during the day, but no one answered.
