Receptionist freaking slow. Doctor have no empathy. Starts to be rude when I ask questions. Dun ever come here.

The old lady at the counter is completely clueless and she is rude at answering queries and guiding first-time patients. Useless and not very helpful. It’s bad enough that people are feeling bad when they are sick, and now they have to deal with her nonsense too? Fire her and get someone better!

Nurse/Recep - Bad and slow service. Already not feeling well but she still took her time to find if coy card can use instead of sending patient to see the doc first though patient is okay to pay without using coy card because he was feeling horrible and there was no other patient in front seeing the doctor. Will not recommend anyone to visit this clinic. ??

The location is correct. Doctor is very good and experienced. The reception aunty is very sweet. I see improvement in my health after fist medicine dose. The doctor is very effective for medicine related to cough, cold, fever, headache, etc. Average wait time is 15-20 minutes.

Literally one of the worst clinics I have ever come across in my life. I came in at 12pm (note that they close at 1pm for lunch), limping because I recently had a minor surgery on my big toe. My wound dressing was soaked in blood and had to be changed. I walked into the clinic only to be given a death stare by the grumpy old reception auntie, as if I had done something wrong. I haven't even said a word! I walked up to the front counter and asked if I could see the doctor, and whether she needed my NRIC, to which she gave me another dirty look, staring me up and down and exclaimed "CAN YOU PLEASE TAKE A SEAT??". I was absolutely appalled This was the first time I've walked into this clinic, so why did she treat me in such a manner? When she finally called me, she simply just gestured by raising her head as if to ask what I wanted, instead of verbally asking me why I was here. I explained to her that I had a blood soaked dressing and needed to see a doctor to change my dressing. Without even consulting the doctor, she simply said "No no no doctor here don't do this", and told me to leave. What kind of doctor can't dress a wound? I wouldn't recommend any living soul to come to this clinic!

Came here because it was one of the closets clinics on my Fullerton insurance card list. My god what a mistake The receptionists is absolutely clueless and senile. The doctor is unable to hear, and doesn't seem to comprehend what you are saying. He just prescribed some creams and sent me off Horrible horrible experience I'm writing to my insurance provider too to complain about this GP. There needs to be a basic standard of healthcare in Singapore. Very sad to see third world standards at neighborhood clinics.

Worst clinic receptionist but the doctor is good. I have no choice to come here as I This is the nearest panel clinic for my company medical insurance. 3 stars all go for the doctor while the deduction is all about the receptionist.

I would rate this doctor 0 stars if I could. This clinic was on my Fullerton list and when we went there, they said that we were not in the system and he told me countless of times to find another clinic, and was NOT willing to cooperate at all. The receptionist was not there, and the doctor was completely clueless anything to do with administration. We spent almost an hour trying to prove to him that I was in the Fullerton system, and he just told us off the whole time. We even called a Fullerton staff to verify and tell him that we are in the system. There are countless of insurance agencies proudly plastered on his wall, but yet he does not know how any of the insurance administration systems work. There is not a working computer in this doctor's office. This is a disgrace to the reputation of the Singapore healthcare scene, and if you had the choice Im sure that any other clinic in Singapore can give you better service than the one received at Bukit Merah Central Medical Centre.
