Doctor and assistant are great. This Dr provided the most info compared to all others on my frequently recurring infection condition and how to take measures to avoid it happening again that other GP doctors never mentioned or elaborated. Definitely good Dr for second opinion even though I don't stay in the area

clinic closes at 8pm but registration stops at 730pm. was there at 737pm and refused to register me saying that the system has been shut down. seemed like rushing to go back home. purposefully make a trip noting the closing time at 8pm.so frustrated with such service.

Professional staff and doctor was very patient in explaining the full procedure to me. You can get government subsidies for some items if you’re singaporean. I wasn’t able to call them for some reason though so consider sending them texts via WhatsApp instead.

Just had an enjoyable visit to this clinic. Royce and the lady (I didn't catch her name) couldn't have been more welcoming. Dr Ong was also very accommodating and patient.

1. Given number of patients available (only 1 patient ahead of me, 1 hr spent from the beginning i registered to getting my medication -- with 5mins consultation), there is an opportunity for the clinic to optimize the operation to minimize patient waiting time. 2. Receptionist can improve communication skills. I was so confused why I had to wait outside, while another patient wait inside and didn't know how i can check my queue number. Only when I saw a sign i realized if you had flu you have to wait outside. If the receptionist lady invest in better communication skill 'because you have flu, pls wait outside', experience could be less confusing. 3. Doctor is ok

It has always been a pleasant experience at Dr. Care. He is very patient and attentative. Although I have moved place but I still take MRT to go to Dr. Care's clinic. The queue can be sometime long that's because the Dr is willing to spend enough effort on every patient. I personally much prefer this style rather than fast come and fast go.

Didn’t have a happy experience here and wanted to post it here for the clinic to improve. Please communicate better with the patients on the expectations upfront. I self tested covid positive before coming but wanted an official record. Receptionist lady doesn’t communicate properly on the time expected neither on doctors’ arrangement with symptomatic patients. I came with only one patient in front of me thinking that it will be fast. Soon i realised that every new comer was called in before me. Then staff told me that doctor wanted to see all non symptomatic patients first upon query without telling me a rough time. And I was there sweating with fever outside with different batches of non symptomatic patients until clinic is about to close. In the end I was still sent to a nearby clinic to do the ART test. If the clinic can inform upfront about the arrangement and let the patients to decide if they want to walk away to another clinic (as there are a lot of clinics on the same floor) then it’s a win win right? Edit: Received an appreciation gift from the clinic for the review. Thanks for the good attitude shown and hope my feedback has helped other patients getting better experience.

I had a really positive experience at Dr Care this morning. The team warmly welcomed me in a polite, caring and friendly manner and were very attentive to all the patients. The doctor listened carefully to my needs and was very detailed in his explanations. Thank you for a great service, I won’t hesitate to come back.
