★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A convenient store but unfortunately not operating 24hrs. However, most of the prices are higher by around 30% similar to 7-11. Product variety is lacking. Service staff not really interested in their customer. The only consolation, I do enjoy their self serve crackers that is kept warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible store with the worst staffs. Once you enter the store, be ready to be treated as animals. The staff with the spectacle is constantly talking on her mobile phone. Once you ask her something, that is when you get a stare and questioned like a prisoner. People often get chased out of the store as well. Why not paste a DO NOT ENTER if you do not want paying customers to patron the store.
There are other convenience store opened and with better services around Punggol. Praying for the store to close down everyday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone must have owed the Chinese cashier alot of money because her face is always frowning and angry when someone try to ask her something. Don't know if this store belongs to her family or not but it does not warrant such an attitude. IF YOU ARE READING THIS, WHICH I HOPE YOU DO.
WAKE THE HELL UP! Because you are just working in a convenience store no matter what. You do not own a multimillion company and no one deserves to be served with such an attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is so called a drop off point for ninja parcels. Was surprised tat tey left all collected parcels outside the store overnite 24/7. Even on raining days, tey dont even hv the initiative to cover their cage of parcels as the cage was placed almost at the edge of the covered area. Tey just leave it to get wet。 this is really unacceptable and definitely irresponsible. Outside of the store are clustered with so many shelves which i believed is illegal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate - or 0 I would I have done so. The attitude of the orange t shirt guy today around 1pm [27 April 2022] was worse than any animal you can find in the wilderness. I don't know why he had to shout at a lady who has a small child? I don't see why he had to shout non stop??? @Buzz u need to do something . The other Indian guy who was around knew it and he was better. Wow no reason we had to stop in here. I hope u close down soon and change 7/11 instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone ( an Indian guy to be exact) dares to scream like a crazy Cat. No customer service. Must be very poor breed that has no intention of living kindly to others. How does this kind of human standing in front and mind you he could scream at the kids who just came from school nearby. Shout like he owns the small store. I hope he took the right medicine. So horrible.
