Went out with my 6 year old little girl on August 21st, 2021 and around 8.15pm she was excited to see all the pink balloons from Doll Parlour at Raffles City Mall, she was wondering whether the balloons were give-aways (some SG shops do that as part of their marketing, as the balloons normally printed with the brand name). As she approached the balloons, even before asking anything, the shopkeeper quickly shouted "THE BALLOONS ARE NOT FOR SALE!". Ok, so we walked away, but my little girl told me that she is ok not getting the balloon but she wanted to show me what she liked about the balloons, so we approached the kiosk again and he pointed at the ribbons attached to the balloons. Again the same lady, raised her voice "PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE BALLOONS, THEY ARE PROMOTIONAL ITEMS!" I explained that she appreciated how pretty the balloons were and wanted to show me, not to touch. She again replied sternly "NO!! I SAW HER TOUCHING THE BALLOONS". I asked my girl to apologize yet the lady did not even bother to look at her or me in the eye and kept herself busy. What a great service. How customers are being treated is the representation of the brand itself. That would be our first and last time visiting that brand.

High quality mink lashes! This brand of false lashes is my favourite one to-date and I love how helpful their customer service was - I was promptly given another new pair in exchange for the faulty pair that I was sent. Their lashes photograph beautifully and lay really comfortably on most eyes :)

Dishonest seller. Bought a pair of mink lashes with express shipping (Delivery to be within 3 days). No order confirmation email was received. Fast forward three days, my package did not arrive. Contacted the seller via Whatsapp, seller was quick to conjure a story and how she would lecture/reprimand Singpost. Thereafter, i was provided with a Singpost tracking number for my package which she said she had just 'shipped out'. Through the track items in the Singpost website, the tracking number provided showed that the delivery was already completed. Yet i still hadn't received my lashes. Contacted Singpost and they informed me that the tracking number provided by the seller was for someone else's package which was already delivered and that the parcel's address was not directed to my address. Meaning Singpost did not mess up on their delivery as the seller had claimed. In the end, It took 3 weeks to receive my parcel. Tsk tsk.
