Request for assistance and she pretend deaf and just staring on her he phone
2.Say no without checking
Asking if have new one, concerning during covid it’s more hygienic, she say all new immediately without checking without eye contact, she is telling lies , end up the other service crew take a new one for us. She somemore go and blame the other girl why give her ?
3. Her pattern really not suitable for service line , totally ruin the brand reputation , clothes is elegant , could hv better girl as front liner to represent the brand image
