β β β β β When it comes to deliveries, this has to be one of the most complicated arrangements and layout. It's like you can't even park at the loading/unloading bay when it's all full of vehicles. What's even worse is, even you get to park, you may find yourself stuck when there other vehicles Infront of you and you are not able to come out, you have to wait for others to move off before you can. And if you are the luckiest, you'll be able to park near the loading/unloading exit ramp and move out easily if you are doing a fast delivery. Otherwise, good luck. Bottom line, parking for deliveries is the main issue. Otherwise, navigating to the blocks is quite manageable if you know the place well enough.

β β β β β You already know all of the great points about living at The Centris. The things to note though are that airplanes fly low overhead which is deafening loud, there's often a burning rubber smell in the air in addition to the smell of cocoa, no guest parking, kids aren't allowed to rides bikes or scooters around the pool and there's lots of traffic noise. If you're ok with this, it's a very convenient place to live.

β β β β β An integrated Condominium located at Jurong Point Shopping mall. Good location. The swimming pool is surprisingly big.

β β β β β A convenient place to stay with a shopping mall and bus interchange right under you. MRT next to it with other great facilities surrounding it, such as National Library, Health Centre and Community Centre.
A Condo which is self suffice to meet all needs. A planter area for garden lovers and a full length swimming pool for people who love water sports.

β β β β β Location is excellent. Right above the mall. Library is just opposite the condo. Bus interchange and MRT are right down stairs. Restaurants, fast food and variety of eateries.
However, the condo is old. So unless owner renovates the unit, otherwise the condition of interior is getting old and have a lot to fix.

β β β β β Located next to Jurong Point and walking distance to Boon Lay MRT station and bus interchange. Quite convenience but old Condo. Gym is rundown, smelly and small with minimal equipments. The best part is the huge swimming. You can walk to JP without worrying raining or sunny day is thru basement parking at 1A. Alternatively, You can go to level 5 which is also connecting to JP. Hope management can improve the gym.
