The attitude of staff is very bad. My worst and ugliest hair cut from an attitude problem hairstylist . Prices varies greatly with a steep increase from the listed price board. If possible , I do not even want to give a star for this place .

Had a lousiest hair cut. Worker dont even know what is concave hairstyle. Instead cut a gundu pattern. So angry spoiled my hair! I call her a worker not hairstylist! No skill at all! I dont recommend to friends.

Looking for a good haircut/wash or colour at a great affordable price. I will recommend this place. Happen to chance upon them when looking for a hair wash and since then I have been back every 2 months to either trim or colour my hair. Service is great and staff are nice. Things I have done before include hair wash, blowdrying/styling, colouring, soft rebonding. More or less I have tried their services for nearing a year.

I have been frequenting this hair salon for 4-5 years but in recent months, I find that the hairstylist are not as good as before anymore. I last went there a year ago and I returned yesterday to my regular hairstylist to have a trim as the haircut done last week at JB was not ideal, so I asked for a concave bob. Instead of using a scissor like other high-end salons (except for the 1st few minutes - all she did was to use the blade (something similar to scissors but not as sharp) and she was doing it very fast. After I went back home for a hair wash, my hair was ruined totally with frizz all over and the left side layering was cut 1 inch shorter than the right, which was not that prominent when she show me my side and back view yesterday after quick blow-dry. She didn’t even wet my hair before cutting. The price was shown on the board outside as $10 but I have never been charged that price, probably because they knew I am a regular and will not mind paying extra fee dollars. I paid $13 for a bad haircut and now have to go to another hair salon to salvage tomorrow.
