★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible disgusting female boss out to rip you off every single time .. Have a package and she continually hard sells new stuff whilst increasing prices and pressurizing you to purchase them.
Charged 2 * $10 + GST for cny cut + hair tonic AT THE COUNTER, of which both packages were already purchased prior to this. Seriously ????!!!.
Don’t even bother to step in. You can get a peaceful hair cut elsewhere. Places that continually practice rip offs should never be patronized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree that there is an effort to upsell as is almost always the case in these places, but the crew are welcoming, friendly, give good service and readily available - they don't object when I just say no. Lots of extras and a good head massage too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent salon in the CBD with affordable prices. M Had a good haircut and wash. However, staff can be a tad pushy in trying to hardsell their products. Staff are still pretty friendly and can remember their frequent customers.

In my view (and I can be very fussy) this is a great hairdressers. Lets see what my next visit is like :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After rebond hair the next day it become frizzy and wavy. Go check at the shop the lady boss keep pointing out about my hair natural frizziness and keep insisting for hair treatment. Very rude and the smile she had on her face on the day I pay her was changed to cunning unhelpful lady face after I confronted and shown her the before after picture. Sometimes pay more also could cause more trouble haizz I hate the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did microblading with them. It was very bad as the results were red-ish brows. I researched it and it's said that they either used poor quality pigments or had poor skills in doing this and implanted the pigment too deep. The owner of the shop just claims that they use a natural pigment henna... But it's really just poor skills and poor quality pigments and yet they lie that it's not.
I was better off not doing this and it's now my biggest insecurity. Now have to find a removal salon. I would never recommend this salon if you want to do your brows.
