Welcome to go to this agent if you will like your details such as passport numbers and residential address to be shared with other passengers on the cruise line as well when you were not told that you are booked under a tour (no documentation nor verbal information were given) when you opt for free and easy. Also when told to the agent to remove our details (passport numbers and residential address) from the internet, their dearest agent told us to pay more in order for our details to be removed. Adding on that the are not directly in contact with the cruise liner as they when to book from another company called CityState. Thank you for the awesome service provided by Sharon Yeo, Nelson Yeo and their fabulous manager (cant really recall her name) as she raised her voice loud enough for others who are not near the phone to be heard as well. As told by Sharon that their General Manager (Patrick) was to follow up with us but nothing was heard from him at all till now, Sharon claimed that she informed Patrick and its up to Patrick if he want to contact and follow up with us. In conclusion, if you wish to go to an agent who will provide such once in a life time experience and service for you, this is a place to go. Have fun and good luck! :) P.S. If there is zero stars available as a rating, I will choose that instead since its the first time I encounter such thing with the agents after travelling so many times.
