β β β β β Visited on Motherβs Day 2018. The dinner buffet was great, though dishes were mostly Singaporean or Asian Chinese. (The Laksa was wonderful). Service was also very prompt and attentive. Used plates are almost immediately cleared.

β β β β β Great all day dining restaurant inside Carlton hotel. The lunch buffet was awesome! The food selection is huge and quite unique. The food is very fresh and tasty! Service staff is impeccable - very polite and attention to details. (Special thanks to one of the staff Kevin whose exceptional service really make our dining experience very enjoyable). Restaurant ambience is very nice! Kids below 6 eat free! Highly recommend this restaurant!

β β β β β Nice place for a buffet meal. The oyster is great and fresh as they are shucked on the spot. Seafood on ice includes sashimi, prawn and scallops which were all quite good. There is also a good range of dessert and sweets as well. However the hot dishes are ok, but nothing to rave about. Good variety of coffee and tea to choose from to accompany your food.

β β β β β We had Christmas lunch at Cafe Mosiac and it was value worth for money when they offered the 1-1 deal. The spread was good. There was roast turkey, honey baked ham and yummy mashed potato that was so light and fluffy. I must applaud the attentive and courteous staff that ensured the plates were cleared quickly and made the dining more enjoyable. The ambience is bright and cheerful and ideal for conversations over food.

β β β β β A very negative experience for the price (S$118/adult) of the meal. The food was bad quality and sloppily cooked, with a very small selection, there wasn't even pasta available for carbs. There were oysters but the quality was dubious as my husband and I both had bad stomachaches after.
There was also no service, including for ice water. Extremely disappointing and a very bad experience, will not return.

β β β β β DO NOT EAT BREAKFAST HERE! Had staycay at Carlton Hotel and this was where breakfast was served. Worst hotel breakfast experience ever. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Food was cold. Not fresh. They use frozen pancakes. You can see from my photos that the bacon was rock solid. You could stab it into the wall and it would stick. Staff confirmed that the kitchen cooked all the bacon at 7am and would serve the same thing at 10am. Staff also hovered around my table keen on clearing my plates before I was done eating.
Unacceptable for a hotel. I would ask the General Manager and F&B Director of Carlton Hotel if they would pay to eat at their own establishment.
