Generally poor quality app and process Despite having pre authorised my Visa card , my merchant lost patience with the approval process and offered me a significant discount to pay in full Thank you Fave !!

The trouble with service providers such as fave, who do not understand customers retention but rather spent much on marketing tend to avoid liability when dealing with refunds. They cannot recognise genuine cases n chose instead to initiate targeted bad reviews. Here is an update of such. Fave is now putting the fault on the vendor, N20, n latest response was that according to fave policy, vendor shld hv cancelled my wrong payment within 24hrs, n therefor I will get my refund. But however many times I explained that N20 thru their communication with fave head office, was informed that fave is doing the refund back to my credit card. I made a 2nd payment upon this assurance. I m going back n forth just to get $28.81 in the rightful manner it was paid fr my credit card. Now, Fave insisted that I must chose to either accept the fave cashback locked in my fave act for 3mths or if I continue to pursue credit back to my credit card, I will face a 10% penalty charge. What commercial crime did I commit to b charge a penalty. How far can both fave n fave partner torment their customers. I co-operated based on their advice n I end up beaten left n right. This incident shld be highlighted in the ST forum page.

Prices listed are inaccurate. False marketing. They listed a 42% discount deal, however when I did the calculations based on the price of the website, it was actually only 17% discount. Extremely misleading. My family and I feel ripped off and this left us with a very distasteful experience. We felt deliberately misled and will not be purchasing from a unscrupulous company like Fave again. Customer service was utterly useless and unhelpful.
