So fresh and the balance and combination of flavours were yum. Have tried the spam and the tuna. Will definitely be back to try all the others!

I had the avocado chipotle chicken sammie, with the garlic chye poh sourdough option ($11). The chipotle pesto sauce was a little too spicy for me. However, the sammie was pretty tasty, and I thought the price was pretty good. I also had the Masala Chai Latte ($4.50) which had a good amount of cinnamon which made it a good latte to have. There is no service charge here, but there is GST.

I dread having to make decision over complex matters like what to eat. The beef sandwich I had was very decent. Not gourmet. But taste very much like home made. The hot chocolate was good and surprisingly cheaper than any of the selection of coffees. Good place for a chat over a meal.

Eg whole meal sourdough croissant, Chye Poh sourdough, etc. If you like sourdough (which is a healthier alternative to regular white or whole wheat bread) check out the offerings here. Drop by, get a coffee, and taste some of their food.Recommended! Oh.. and one more thing.. the price is reasonable as well. ;-)
H	Howard P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly renovated (early 2022) and there appears to be a focus on delivery rather than dine-in, but some limited seating still remains. The overall decor is bright and airy and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Coffee was solid, but the food was stella. The sandwich in particular was incredible although oddly named (we had to ask why it was called 'Chip's Avocat-do' as any pun was lost on me). Really delicious chicken paired with some fresh bread and cashew chipotle was worth the visit alone.
