โ โ โ โ โ I came here with my office friends. Being a vegetarian, I was quite skeptical going to a seafood restaurant, but this place was vegetarian friendly. I tried hot plate tofu, egg soup, noodles and dragon vegetable. All were nice specially the tofu. My friends ate a couple of types of crab, chicken and fried rice and they liked everything as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Food is nicely cook and very fast service. Price is reasonable as compared to zi char store. Alot of people came here for steamboat therefore think it should good and fresh. The seafoods is all fresh because they are alive. Will come next time to try the steamboat.

โ โ โ โ โ The restaurant have both indoor and outdoor dining area. They serves tze char and steamboat. Had steam Live fish grouper which is really fresh at reasonable price. The claypot lamb is a little tough, will be nicer the meat is softer. Overall service is good whenever I patronise.

โ โ โ โ โ This is a good place for friends gathering and a casual dinner. Better make reservations in advance. Cold crab is fresh and yummy!

โ โ โ โ โ TLDR: By far my favourite chinese restaurant in Singapore. Am a happy and satisfied regular.
Highly recommend: (sorry for poor english translation) fried prawn halok style soya sauce kind, salt pepper squid, 3 color steam egg, claypot eggplant, all the crabs, spring chicken, fried beef with mushroom
can skip: sweet and sour pork (king to guat)

โ โ โ โ โ It was a very sad and disappointing experience. Wanted fish head steamboat but ended up it looks more like a hot pot instead. Had to dig through the entire pot to look for a few chunk of fish meat because the open pot is very big but not much ingredients inside with only 1 cube of yam! They also don't the the typical fish head steamboat chilli but serves chop chilli with soy sauce instead.
Service staff recommended their homemade barley water but the cup was almost half filled with barley grain and half water. Not shiok. We had to order some more food because the sad looking steamboat doesn't look enough to satisfy the stomach. The service staff kept pushing for pricy items like lobster, crab, prawn to add-on into the steamboat but we decided to have roast chicken instead.
*Caution! There's no price on the picture menu for all their dishes! Out total bill came up to $140+ (grouper fish steamboat, tang-oh, fish maw, roast chicken, barley water, beer 1can).

โ โ โ โ โ We ordered more food than what Iโve shown here. Fried rice, roast chicken, veggies etc but I couldnโt be bothered shooting any more pics. Just enjoy the damn food. Shiok.

โ โ โ โ โ Fish Steam Boat, Bamboo Clams and Fried Beancurd Skin. I have always pass by this seafood restaurant but did not think much of it until the boss of Wen Wen Prawn noodle told me that he frequent this place and when a chef that has his own unique hotpot tells you another place that is good. That definitely holds more weight than when a foodie tells you that. And here I am. The broth is really good and gets better with the fresh seafood on the menu. They handmade their meat balls here so definitely a must order for the battleship!
