โ โ โ โ โ Worst Experience with this shop.went to buy a ebike by installment.the ebike and batt total cost 3.1k.pay 1.7k in down payment.ook almost two week to deliver.less than three day batt stop working .need to send back for service.now still waiitng for reply.will demand for full refund .fed up of waiting for them.will lodge a complaint about them for full refund if they refuse.buy at yr own risk.

โ โ โ โ โ My.ebike was experiencing issues, the ebike was not bought there, though some other model that the shop did not carry, they still gamely took on the job, in my opinion one of THE BEST EBIKE SHOPS IN SINGAPORE. but be forewarned they only start working after 3pm, to be fair they work till v v late to compensate.

โ โ โ โ โ I went in the see the chinese owners after seeing them two days prior about an electric scooter charger. An Indian mechanic was there and I said hello three times before he decided to turn around and see me. The look on his face was as if ohh no I have to stand up and walk to the front. I asked him about the charger previously spoken about and he said we don't have any and turned back towards the back workshop. I said ex use me are you going to help me or not and his reply was no come back and see the Asians later! Terrible service and now I know why Malaysian Indians are not liked in Singapore because of their blatant arrogance and rudeness
