★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my bike for service, there are quite a lot of customers during that time, so the staff asked me to leave my bike there and will inform me when repair work done.
I was thinking to be there when they repairing because there were some small issues on my bike that I don’t even know how to tell, but because of the long waiting time, so I just quickly told the staff 2 main issues I had.
Turned out all my problem solved. I was so impressed that they even fixed all the small issues that I don’t know how to tell. The bike was perfect now! Thank you so much for the quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchase a foldable tandem bike from them. People there are nice but quite disappointing to be cheated by their false advertisement. Website claims that I can bring this bike into public transport. I also checked with them again upon collecting. But sadly, when i was bringing it back the bike home via public transport, the bike exceed the size limit. Station staff approach me and said the foldie exceed the size. Felt cheated as I thought it could brought on to public transport. Sad but can’t do anything about it haha… money fly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get some add ons for my foldie. Staff was very pleasant and some of them are knowledgeable about the products. There were quite a number of customers who walked in while we were there.
Love the layout of the shop. I could see exactly what I wanted and prices were pretty reasonable. Do take note of the opening hours as they don’t close too late on a weekend.
Do take note to bring cash or pay via pay now. No credit cards usage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has been around for more than a decade. Used to visit them when they operated out of a woodlands HDB unit as PassionKites selling more stuffs back in 2008/2009. Then they expanded and got a larger retail space and pivoted to selling e-scooters, and now focusing on bicycle stuffs.
Their pricing is generally competitive, and service decent. Are the retail store, the service crew (a young gentleman) was patient in explaining your queries. Service is also prompt. However the cashier - a young lady, perhaps a temp staff, was rather indifferent and quite nonchalant.
Overall still a good place to go to for your cycling needs with good selection of accessories and generally competitive pricing.
