โ โ โ โ โ I just had a very bad experience with the female security guard manning her station outside the Cairnhill nine carpark entrance around 5pm today.
I took a wrong turn & needed assistance to the common carpark. She barked impolitely and impatiently at me when I asked for help.
"WHERE YOU WANT TO GO!! THE COMMON CARPARK IS THERE LA!!!!"
I am truly shock with her reaction and hope this review can help to avoid similar event from happening to others.
