★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave my daughter a bad haircut, didnt want fringe but still cut. Wasted on growing out her fringe. Didnt want layers, but still gave layers. Didnt follow instructions i gave for the haircut at all. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! The lady trimming my hair was hard selling throughout the very short duration (less than 10 min) trying to get me join as member, do hair treatment and other services. When she realised that she couldn't get me to do any other add on services, she ended the hair trimming very abruptly, told me done,
despite the sides still being very uneven. Though I didn't expect much for a $6 hair cut,
as I just wanted to trim off my split ends, the service was just terrible. I wouldn't have given a bad review if she didn't try to charge me $10. It was stated very clearly hair cut for non-member $6, member $3.
I don't mind paying for $10 or even more than $60 for a hair cut which I do sometimes, provided it is stated clearly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was extremely rude and aggressive, she had a horrendous attitude in talking to potential customers! My gf asked a simple question regarding the beauty services they offered and was rudely told off by her for asking before she gave us the number we needed to call and she even screamed at us while we were leaving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally a scam hair salon. Went to the branch at Potong Pasir.
Often see those elderly got cheated at some hair salon, never expect myself to walk into one. Wanted to get my hair washed and nicely blown, but got scammed into paying $599. Walked out of salon with my hair not properly dried and tidy. Keep pushing the package and I told her, by using this tactic, what if people don’t have money to pay? Good experience for myself, always read review before trying somewhere new.
