★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at 10am on 11th September and there were 6 people in front of me in the queue. Waited till 11am and was still sitting outside, the staff didn't even invite me to sit inside to wait even though there was an empty seat. Eventually when I walked in on my own, one of the staff told me that my turn was coming soon and I waited another 15 minutes before I left and went to another nearby salon. Used to be a regular customer but not anymore after this, disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hair treatment. Menu outside 19.80$ Menu inside is much more even you don’t but any extra item. My advise is ask total how much before doing any service due to menu have many prices. Haircut is very basic they even use baber’s clipper “chop” hair when i ask make it look naturally instead of using scissors so i think their skill is really basic. Maybe I didn’t check price properly but anyway bad experience…!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you pay for in a capitalistic world... left after almost half an hour of waiting and not a single customer in line served. It’s severely understaffed to begin with; the long snaking queue grew longer and longer (weekend) but the few nonchalant staff only ate lunch slowly / made small talk among themselves. Because - why work harder when you’re paid a fixed hourly rate?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2022, Tampines location has a long waiting time! Not worth paying for their member cut, try other hair salon! They open at 10am but at 12pm management says they are all resting/lunch break and come back at 3pm, they should alternate staff so every hour can operate and not let us wait until they done resting..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attitude of staff is bad. Haircut there was bad several times. Receptionist tried to scam me into buying their membership, claiming that price would go up the next day if I didn't buy it that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited a day ago gathered together with my mother for my haircut. In case that I'm unsure of what price for this beauty salon shop at this moment. After my haircut, I query a male hairdresser “I liked short hair”, I'm seem like a gentlemen. I proceed to the counter and query for a male hairdresser he charge me for $5. Subsequently, for the reason that my membership card has been expired last month. Currently, I have been there for my haircut afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extreme horrible attitude with skill matching that.
Unable even make an even cut near the ears.
Furthermore, waiting time was absurd even with no other person in line. Staff still slowly enjoyed their food and did not even have the courtesy to tell us they were going to take 30minutes.
Hair cut truly not even worth a dollar in my opinion.
I would have much rather kept my previous haircut. Jz to add on, barber knew he cut wrongly and so didnt even dare to take a mirror for me to check.
