★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier was rude and raised her voice at me. I am guesing she is a FT as I had some difficulty understanding her. She asked me if I wanted to exchange umbrella, and I replied I do not understand. She then pointed to a Caltex promotion sheet and said again "exchange umbrella". When I asked how to exchange, she raised her voice at me and said "exchange receipt". I later learned the promotion was related to redeeming a free umbrella with purchase of $120 of petrol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a car wash and it was a manual car wash. The workers did a pretty good job and it costs $12 for cars. And it's opened 24 hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time used the Caltex app at this Sembawang branch. No problem of the app indicating the correct station. Payment processing was fast. Service was good as the young Indian attendant (didn't get his name) passed me the free box of tissue after I have completed the payment using the Caltex app. I mean he could have ignored me since everything was DIY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for car wash. Theres 24hr car wash service here, however after 8pm 9pm(can’t remember exactly) due to only 1 staff cleaning, they do not offer water waxing and other car cleaning add ons after that timing.
There’s a air tyre pump here as well. Good to one time do everything here (wash car, pump petrol, pump air tyre)

Car wash is always busy, especially during festive period.
