★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good! Just upgraded so it looks quite good now. Well laid out. There are a bit more space here to drive your car in, even though sometimes there is a queue during peak. The staff are alway friendly and also guides us with a smile. Pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car wash was ok, but the China guy that wipe the car dry sucks! Just go thru the motion and did not even wipe dry. Shell Car Wash, you can accept such worker. He will tarnish your reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Newly renovated and the shop rearranged. Pump attendant tell me if there are promotions and also handles the pumps well. The cashier clears the queue pleasantly. Good experience. Only problem, there will be a lot of customers sometimes, and cars will be stuck outside on the main road trying to get in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortunately, Punggol residents seem to prefer the SPC station (think it might be a tiny bit cheaper), so this shell is not too crowded. There is a UOB ATM, car wash, and air station available here as well. Pump attendants here are very attentive, and 9/10 times will come over to assist, even if you don’t need help and have already started pumping. The shell select store also stocks a decent range of everyday products like bread, snacks, and drinks. Only downside is that they don’t have a hot food counter that sells chicken pie, Bao.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad hand wash experience. Was told to add $5 for clean/wax tyres and rim but didn't took the offer. Was told that normal car wash don't expect the rim to be cleaned. So what am I paying the $11 for? Is it that difficult to wash off such dirt??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i usually wash at SPC (S$ 12.00) but for a change I washed for the first time at Shell. Trust me as some mentioned here - dont bother. They wont touch your rims (SPC does it for the same price with no top up). No wipe of matt areas of your car - only painted surfaces. Not worth the price - like for like better to use SPC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems like car washing service could be better. I have to agree with that, I paid for basic wash and really get basic. Thankfully no scratches on car. But the counter staff is friendly there. I came during wee hours to have a quick wash and food. They are helpful and friendly.
