★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informed cashier that the screen on one of their pumps was damaged and hence made it unusable as users are unable to select payment mode. Cashier told me to tell the pump attendant to fix it. I don't work there and I'm not the cashier's subordinate, which made it a really ridiculous response.
Classic case of silo mentality at work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More about the car wash than the petrol station. Basically rain can do a better job and for free. Unless a $10 means nothing, give it a try and see how poor the washing is.
The washing foam looks more water than foam, and even the water jet spray can't really clean the dirt at bottom half. The cleaner have some sort of fetish for spraying the side mirrors. Total amount of water there is more than sprayed on the rest of the car combined.
My first and definitely not sadly my last visit there. It really gives #turtlewax a bad name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and ignorance old senior male Chinese cashier who he has the look of a crook (sly looking eyes). It doesn't matter but he often judge customers. If you ride a bike, he will be more sarcastic, or if you are non regular or even driving grab. Be ready for his judgemental personality. The pump attendants are equally superficial. You will never feel normal or welcome here unless your portrial being "Rich". I am speaking base on true honest experiences few times. I emphasis again, the old males stuff need to be educated. The young stuffs seem fine and working diligently. to be fair. Do not let a few bad egg ruin the reputation of the company. thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service experience by pump attendants and counter staff is always constantly a pleasant one. Would like to give it a 5 stars but because of the staff's attitude by the car wash. Day shift was pleasant but not for the night.
