★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their "Family+ Disinfection Grooming" with exterior wash and liquid wax.
Booking was easy with their new booking system. You select a free slot and their system will send you reminders and a helpful FAQ before the wash. The ease of booking made me choose this on-site wash service over others.
The service was punctual and not pushy. They tell you exactly what they're going to do, confirm in black and white (with your acknowledgement), and give you an estimated time before completion.
After completing the job, they will run you through what was done, and will wait for you to inspect the car in case any touch-ups are needed.
On top of all these, they were friendly, and a real pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommended.
