★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good apartment in the heart of the city near kallang. Only a 5 minute walk from kallang mrt and a 2 min walk to kallang cc. There is also the kallang waterway park nearby if you are intereted in nature. It is quite a small development and the units are quite small as well which may be a problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely convenient (5min walk to Kallang MRT) and very close to the city centre. Units are spacious with huge bay windows and quaint amenities (swimming pool, gym and underground carpark.) Construction of neighbouring Kallang Breeze BTO almost completed so noise should be minimal.
