★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had this unit because one property management Leader SG Pte LTD scam. When move in give simple agreement, after move they ask you download their apps n then give more rules in the contract. Worst is tenant pay for all spoilt item such as Aircon, cooking stove, fridge etc, also have to pay more for water electricity bill which didn't show proof of the bill. Dislike this company anytime changing clause and force you to accept. Won't recommend tenant to move in and owner to stay away from this property copany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent a unit at #04-08, corner unit, narrow corridor, have to walk past neighbors who place their shoe racks and further reducing the pathway.
As it is a corner unit. The afternoon sun will heat up the whole unit.
The owner scam the rental deposit upon returning the unit.
Be wary!
