Attending the fundamentals workshop gave me a new perspective of movement, breathing and form. The basics got broken down and it makes me more aware of how I am doing the workouts in a more mindful way – The principles of Strongfit are really interesting! The trainers are knowledgeable, patient and attentive, they explain things in a clear and understandable manner. A great place for beginners and regulars alike. The gym is also spacious, fully equipped and I like to be able to train at the outdoor space!

Amazing gym!! Really enjoyed these 2 weeks at Canvas, it becomes the best part of my working days (after sitting all day WFH :/). Nice team of trainers and superb classes. Looking forward to know more about the principles of training! 满分?

It was a good experience doing Strongintro with Canvas! The trainers are very passionate and are very knowledgeable about the human body. It wasn't like other gyms I've been to and there's a lot of focus on helping you activate the right muscle groups. Everyone was also very welcoming.

I have joined Canvas training for 9 months and have experienced improvements in my strength and sleep quality. The coaches are deeply knowledgeable in many aspects of fitness, and have holistically incorporated breathing techniques, mindfulness and mobility into strength training. Canvas is also a safe space to learn and experiment as they offer open gym sessions, seminars, and weightlifting classes. Highly recommend!!!

Located just on the right of the exit B of Macpherson, beside the food center there. It's training place but no aircon, just fan, i like it bc it's spacious and not only they train, they also gives advice for the visitors. I came here to collect my foam roller and the staff was very helpful. Payment accepted was e-payment and cash (if you have exact amount).

Had my first ever snatch class here. John was the trainer. Very attentive, helpful and provide guidance with good pace according to the students level. Will definitely come back again!
