★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trialed a boxing class via Classpass. There were several trainers with almost 1:2 coaching. In this foundation class, they emphasized blocks and leg movement, in addition to strikes. My takeaway is they are teaching real boxing, not just another exercise class!

Additionally, for the people here they are very helpful and nice. Thus, I recommend everyone to come to this gym with experience or no experience, and I am confident that you will not regret it.
