★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an environmental friendly building, a lot of plants surrounding the building to cool it down. But the drop-down windows creates greenhouse effect to the people working inside. Air-conditioning not so strong during sunny days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cafe up top is open to the public via an express elevator. It provides great views of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel and surrounding area. Has an inside cafe area with air conditioning and and outside area with a garden you can walk around. A hidden gem within the city. Prices are high for most things, but ordering a coffee by itself was fine
