Looks professional and their customer service is wonderful, it’s a setup to investments that will never return to investors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Red flag in this. Be careful. Their algorithm seems to allocate higher investment amount into loans that have recurrent extensive delay. Wonder why recurrent extensive delay still can have multiple loans and no clarity on this. Also lack of timely updates on delayed repayments especially the big amount. what's happening. Red red flag be warned.

Overall, Capital Match is a huge investment mistake. Stay away from it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general their system works, but I get the feeling they are not completely honest about the default risks. More than 20% of my loans resulted in default!! Perhaps I was unlucky that too much of my funds were auto-allocated to a bad loan, but be careful when you out your money in these things. You may well loose it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been an investor of Capital Match since late 2017. It has been my favorite local P2P platform till recently, as it delivered highest effective return among peers and fast response by team member whenever I had a question.
However, I suspect there is deterioration in the business indicating by some red flags:
1. Payment far exceeded the payment date (for more than 3 months) but still showed as "In Progress" without any clarification;
2. Slow response to the significant delay payment and no status update regarding it for a couple of months;
3. Some repeated debtors historically delayed payments for more than half year. And those facilities are usually in big amount. No improvements on payment collection on those debtors and situation is getting worse.
And etc.
Repayments delayed 90-180 days occupying more than half of my principal invested in Capital Match. Very bad red flag.
